
How do you approach your daily work? Is it a constant search to find new ways or do you prefer to follow established procedures?
In different contexts, we have different patterns, how are you usually at work? Are you opportunities to do things differently? If you find the new procedures? Or is it that you prefer to follow a particular process? Do you think there is a "right" way of doing things? Would you like to complete what you started at? Do you feel a bit unsure but a routine?

When you then know what category the other and you are a member, can you control with your words, with your language to motivate yourself and others to become more efficient, to sell more or whatever it is you do.
There are many, many Multi Level Marketing Companies (MLM) which tries to get us to sell their particular products, it can be vitamins, beauty products, juices and other products. Many of these products are fantastic and works well. The question remains about how they recruit their employees. They talk about opportunities to make lots of money, about variety and choice. When they got their new vendor says the HOW to go about it but do not understand that you give a man capable designs a guaranteed way to earn a million, so the person will try to improve the road. Compare preferably also with nurses, they often choose the profession for all the opportunities available to work all over the world and so on. Then they must follow a strict procedure, every day, always. Then it can feel hard with motivation.
